All prices displayed on our website are quoted in U.S. currency and as such are valid in the United States. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Applicable sales taxes will be determined by the ship-to-address of the order and will automatically be added to the order. We are required by law to apply sales taxes to orders (including shipping and handling) for the following states: NV. Currently any orders shipped outside of Nevada are not subject to sales tax. Application of sales tax may be subject to change without prior notice.

International Orders

At this time, Berwickbeauty.com is unable to process online orders from outside the United States. If you would like to place an order with us from any international location please feel free to contact us.

Return Policy

Every shipment we make will include instructions for returning merchandise. To return or exchange merchandise, please enclose your receipt with a note on the receipt stating the reason of the return and the action you would like us to take (refund or replace). Ship your package pre-paid and insured back to us. To follow up on a return or if you have any questions about the return process, please contact us.

Only items purchased online at Berwickbeauty.com may be accepted for a return or exchange. We will not refund or exchange items purchased at a retail store location. Furthermore, only the items purchased are refundable (shipping and handling costs will not be refunded).

For Overnight Shipping add $15.00
For Saturday Delivery add $25.00

Please note that order processing at Berwick Beauty takes place from Monday through Friday. All Orders are usually processed within 1 business day. Standard shipping takes five (5) to seven (7) business days from 12 noon PST on the date your order is entered into our system. Expedited two (2) day shipping is also available. Overnight shipping is available on website orders placed before 12 noon, PST, Monday through Friday. Overnight orders placed on the weekend will be shipped after entry on Monday.

Additional State Shipping Charges:

Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands add $15.00. We cannot guarantee timely shipping to these locations.

International Shipping:

If you wish to order or follow up on an order internationally, please contact us directly. International orders are subject additional shipping and handling charges of $25.00. Additional taxes and customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer as are customs and import duties. These charges vary and are charged when your package reaches its destination country. We recommend that international customers contact their local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied. Packages that are returned to us as a result of unpaid duties and customs will be charged an additional shipping fee.

P.O. Boxes:

Berwick Beauty cannot ship orders to P.O. boxes. Orders sent to APO/FPO will be shipped via certified U.S. Postal Service Mail.
